| Stress Management Classes |
Stress management classes run for 6 consecutive weeks 2-3 times per year. Greg Morro and Barbara O'Connor teach the class, using a behavioral approach (i.e., particularly examining the antecedents and consequences of specific problem behaviors), and stressing proactive techniques to reduce stress.
Wednesdays Feb. 3 - March 10 from 11am - 12pm at GTC Main Office
