In a relatively short time, Rich has certainly made an impact on the Stillwater program. He has helped to change the dynamics within the house, contributing a positive interaction style with consumers and peers, along with a great sense of humor. He has done well to engage the men in activities and conversation, and shows a real sincerity in his care and support.
