Paula B.
Paula started at the Greenville Road Residence about a year ago. She has been a great addition to the team there, working mostly first shifts. One quality that really sets her apart is her practice of regularly recognizing resident and staff (and even a parent) birthdays by baking extraordinary cakes. Paula is invested in the program, making sure that the house and appearance of the individuals we serve are up to high standards. She has helped to "make a house a home" by developing new photographs so that wall hangings are up to date, and being creative in purchasing new clothes for everyone.
Others from outside of her program describe her as welcoming, bubbly, and very willing to accept new responsibilities when she has floated to a different residence. She has also been helpful educating new staff as they come to Greenville. Gateways is appreciative of the extra effort Paula puts into her job, and her attitude which is all about the people we serve.
