Nancy has worked at the Amy Drive Residence since it opened 3 years ago. She has also been very helpful assisting several other programs throughout the years. She has demonstrated herself to be a valuable asset to the agency.
Nancy is a very loving and caring person who is always upbeat, bringing "a ray of sunshine" to the house. She always goes out of her way for the women we support and is always willing to help out others.
Nancy is also very organized and task-driven. She consistently completes all programs, treatments and other necessary paperwork, and stays on top of household responsibilities such as cleaning.
Julie thinks Nancy is "very nice, a hard worker, and dedicated to her job". She also says that Nancy "responds well to all the women's needs". Her peers consider Nancy a dedicated worker who cares a great deal for the people she supports. They feel she always goes out of her way to make the women happy, is great person to work alongside.
Nancy is a very conscientious employee who is always on time, and has great attendance. She shows that she loves her job by coming in each day full of energy and keeping "the girls" on the go. Everyone that comes in contact with her can see that she has a big heart and treats the women with love and respect.
