Michelle has been with Gateways for just over a year, working primarily at Johnston House. She is being recognized for bringing energy and enthusiasm to her job. Michelle is a self-starter who is thorough with her responsibilities. She has particularly excelled at keeping the individuals we serve active and occupied, especially in the community. Others outside of her program have complimented her flexibility and warm, friendly demeanor. They are very appreciative when she helps out in different programs because they know she brings an accommodating attitude. Thanks for being part of our team.
