Melissa started with Gateways about 5 months ago. She has made a positive impact on Billy’s life, helping to keep him more engaged with quality activities. She is developing a very nice relationship with him, opening him to new possibilities. As seen in this picture, they had a great time dancing at the GTC Luau recently. Melissa has taken initiative with her responsibilities, particularly facilitating socialization skills. She has presented herself as a friendly, flexible staff who is invested in her job.
