Matt M.
At the end of 2008, Matt
joined GTC’s Physical Therapy department. As he began learning the
ropes of his job duties in the months that followed, it became apparent
that this gentleman was a “natural” – being understanding, gentle,
engaging, supportive, encouraging, and friendly with everyone he comes
in contact with is simply his nature. Matt has a great rapport with
staff and clients, is flexible in scheduling needs, is ultra helpful in
all areas of the Learning & Leisure Center program as well as the
Physical Therapy department, demonstrates a positive daily work ethic,
follows agency protocol, meets paperwork deadlines, attends annual ISP
meetings as needed, and always delivers quality PT reports. This year
has been one of exceptional growth, as he has truly come into his own,
and displayed dedication and professionalism in his position. Matt is a
pleasure to work with, and is an inspiration to the all of the folks
for whom he provides direct physical therapy services.
