Christina Mealey
Christina was largely responsible for securing GTC's recent $25,000 stimulus fund grant through RISCA, as well as previous project grants at the Artists' Exchange. As Operations Manager, she has been an integral part of the "inner workings" of the Artists' Exchange since she came to Gateways almost 3 years ago. Everyone that comes into contact with Christina recognize her professionalism and upbeat, hard working nature. In the midst of the busiest of situations, she always seems to maintain a relaxed demeanor, utilizing her quick wit to put others at ease. She has developed great relationships with individuals with whom she works because she is reliable, respectful, and accommodating, fostering a positive working environment. Participants in the day program see her as kind hearted and caring. Erika loves her because she "makes her silly". Christina's organizational skills and resourcefulness have made her an important part of the team that has worked to grow the Artists' Exchange to the thriving program it has become.
